How it works:

Once you've purchased destinations from this site, you must download the destination media files to your computer, uncompress them and copy them to your USB flash drive. With the destination media properly saved on your USB flash drive, you can use your new destinations with the Passport media player and your fitness equipment. Simply insert the USB flash drive with the destination media into the Passport media player and choose the desired destination from the on-screen menu to begin.

System Requirements

  • At least 5GB of free space on your PC to download and uncompress the destination media.
  • A USB flash drive with at least 2.5GB of free space per destination you're planning to add.
(Example: if you purchased 3 destinations, you will need to have 7.5GB total free space available on one USB flash drive OR 2.5GB free on three USB devices to use the 3 destinations with the Passport media player.)

Automated Installation Instructions (Windows only)

The Passport Video Downloader application can manage the download and installation of the destinations you've purchased from this site. Simply download and install this application to your computer to use as an alternative to the manual installation process outlined below. This application is only compatible with Windows operating systems at this time.

Passport Video Downloader application (500 Kb).

  1. Download the installer from the link above to your computer and double-click the "VideoDownloader.exe" file to install.
  2. Launch the program from the "Start" menu program group "Passport Video Downloader"
  3. Click the "Log in to Server" button in the upper-right corner of the application window. Use your same username and password that you use to access your account on

  4. Once logged in, you'll see your available destinations appear in the list below.

  5. Insert your USB flash drive into your computer. Once your USB drive has been successfully mounted, you'll see the "USB Drive Details" section in the application window showing the amount of used and available space on your USB drive.
  6. Click the "Download" button to begin downloading a destination. NOTE: file sizes are large so the download process will take several minutes.

  7. Once your destination has downloaded, click the "Install" button to install the destination to your USB drive.
  8. You are now ready to start using your new Passport destination.

Manual Installation Instructions

  1. From inside your account screen download the Passport destination that you've recently purchased to your computer. The file you will download is very large (about 2GB in size) so depending on the speed of your internet connection, the download process may take several minutes.
  2. Once the download is complete, navigate to the file on your computer. It will have a ".zip" file extension.
  3. Double-click the file to uncompress it.
  4. Insert your USB flash drive into your computer's USB port. You will need to have at least 2.5GB of free space on the USB flash drive. See system requirements above.
  5. Once the USB flash drive has been mounted, check that the USB flash drive has a folder named "Va" on it. If not, create it.
NOTE: This folder name IS case-sensitive. Naming it "VA" or "va" will not work. I must be named "Va"!
  6. Select the contents from inside the folder resulting from uncompressing the ".zip" file in step 3 above. Copy the selected files from your computer to the USB flash drive's "Va" folder.
NOTE: You must select and copy the contents of the uncompressed folder to the USB flash drive, not just the folder itself. Also, depending on the write speed of your USB flash drive and because the size of the destination content is quite large, copying the files may take as long as 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Once the files have finished copying to your USB flash drive, you are ready to start using your new Passport destination.
